Sweetgrass
Sweetgrass
Ver sweetgrass PelisPlus. SWEETGRASS follows Isabelle and her daughter Mariya for over seven years, as childhood gradually gives way to adolescence. Between daily life, the land, and powwows, the film accompanies a living transmission: that of a language, gestures, and a way of inhabiting the world, carried by a lineage of women where kokom remains ever-present. Without attempting to explain, SWEETGRASS observes what circulates between them, transforms, and takes root over time.
